really good communication spacious penthouse attentive staff thoughtful treats
The communication before we arrived was really good. we got an upgrade to a penthouse (it was very spacious!). the staff were attentive to our kids. there were treats left in our room. It was like home.
walking into the city can be a bit long with young kids.

The hotel is at port olímpic away from the city's hustle. the beach is very close and lively. taxis are always available right outside. This made sightseeing simple.

The room had a great rainfall shower and a loveseat. My son especially enjoyed the bath. The fresh breakfast had great juice options.
The water in the swimming pool was too cold. I also felt that I had to pay extra for a lot of things separately. Food and drinks purchased inside the hotel were expensive.
